Burton Court has recently been used as a 1940s period location in a soon to be aired TV factual documentary regarding the Queen's engagement to Prince Phillip.
The programme filmed by Mentorn Productions is called the 'The Queen's Wedding' and is set to be aired on Channel 4 on Thursday 29th November 2007 at 9:00pm.
Update - The documentary will be shown on BBC4 at 9pm on the 4th of July.
A documentary that has been following the running and upkeep of Burton Court is to be part of a major BBC series highlighting the problems arising in maintaining a property of this scale in modern times. The hour-long programme is expected to be aired on television in the Summer of 2007.
